First of all, we were very picky buyers, with a very precise idea of what we were looking for and where, although open to exploring other options. We started working with Bill in September 2017, and ultimately purchasing our home in June 2018. He was very patient from the get go, always available over the phone and promptly replying to our inquiries. Obviously there were a few glitches and curveballs down the road, admittedly some of which we were responsible of, and he managed and solved the issues with a steady hand. He even took the time to leave us a nice present on the porch of our new home the same day of the closing! My wife loved it.
